Quick answer

Is Morocco a good first international tour for a high school team?

Yes, when it is supervised and structured. CampNRuns runs 6–10 day school tours for 15–50 travellers including chaperones, with a bilingual coordinator on the ground throughout, training sessions, local games where a fit exists and a written safety plan for parents.

Planned for parents as much as players

School trips are judged by the parents' group chat. We plan for that: clear daily schedules, vetted hotels, private transport only, and a coordinator who stays with the group from arrival to departure.

Athletes get real training and games against local school or club teams. They also get a cultural program they will remember: markets, a cooking class, a day in the Atlas, and a youth sport session with Moroccan kids their age.

We work with your trip leader on chaperone ratios, room assignments, curfew and medical forms, and we provide a parent information pack you can send home before departure.

What schools ask about

Supervision

Private coaches only, no public transport. A CampNRuns coordinator travels with the group every day, alongside your chaperones.

Food and health

Hotels are chosen for reliable kitchens. We handle allergies and dietary needs in advance and stick to bottled water. Every venue on the itinerary has a named nearest clinic in the emergency plan.

Paperwork

We supply a parent pack, packing list, emergency contacts and a day-by-day schedule. Travel insurance is required for every traveller.

Fundraising

We can quote early with a per-traveller price so your booster club has a clear target.

How it works

From brief to departure

Four steps. Nothing is booked until venues and opponents are confirmed in writing.

  1. Tell us the brief

Sport, level, dates, group size, budget and goals. A short form or a 20-minute call is enough.

  2. Get a draft program

A day-by-day draft with hotel options, venue types and a costed proposal you can take to your director or board.

  3. Confirm the details

We confirm venues, opponents and room blocks before you commit, then lock everything in a written agreement.

  4. Travel and train

Your coordinator meets the team at arrivals and runs the ground game until departure.
